HRC Harvest Resources Pte Ltd, founded in 1987 and incorporated in 1990, has been providing specialised concrete repair services to Singapore’s building and construction industry for the past three decades. As one of the pioneering installers of polyurethane (PU) grout locally and many specialized products applications, we have firmly established ourselves today as a trusted and reliable partner for all types of concrete repair requirements.

To date, our project portfolio includes Concrete water tanks, Deep Tunnel Sewerage Systems (DTSS), Underground Cable Tunnels, Sewage Treatment Plants, SMART Tunnel, Aircraft shelters and MRT tunnels just to name a few.

We have also pioneered the mechanized Chippings grouting (HRC CG System) as an alternative to traditional per-packed grouting, thus achieving savings from different process and increased productivity by at least 2 times required.

OUR CHIPPING GROUTING
SYSTEM – HRC CGS

Our unique HRC chipping grouting system (CGS) is more efficient and productive when compared to traditional pre-packed grouting. In addition, and we are able to maintain batch consistency through our chilled water dispenser system and minimise material spread through our dust extractors. Our specially sourced chipping aggregates ensures that high strength is achieved to exceed our client’s requirements. Our ability to grout large volumes in a relatively short period while maintaining quality makes us the industry leader in this segment.
